Spinal Energetics IN-PERSON

Our bodies carry all of the innate wisdom that will allow us to thrive in this lifetime. However, many of us become disconnected from that wisdom throughout our lives. Spinal Energetics aims to reconnect you back to your body's own innate wisdom. Each Spinal Energetics session begins with a discussion about your current needs and experiences followed by a physical assessment. While you are lying on the table, I work with your physical and energetic body, using touch and sound to encourage energy flow through the body. The intention is to help to shift, unwind and release tension, resistance, stories and emotions that have been stored in your body. Your experience will vary from session to session and as the connection with the wisdom of your body deepens. You may experience physical sensations such as tingling or warmth, muscle tremors or organic movements and express sounds or experience an emotional release. Depending on your own unique requirements, sessions may include Reiki, crystal healing, sound healing, light language transmission, card readings and intuitive guidance. Sessions are held in my home studio in Strathmore, Victoria, Australia. My intention is to create a safe and supportive space which honours your emotional, physical and spiritual needs. It is a space free of judgement or expectations where you are called to be authentically you.

If, for some reason you are unable to attend a class, please contact joyfulwholenessmeditation@gmail.com. Refunds cannot be provided, however you are welcome to reschedule to another session.
